After 12 years of creating unforgettable programs, we are proud to offer, in collaboration with experienced facilitators Quirine Pleyte and Gijs Groeneveld, an extraordinary Otro Leadership Expedition. Five days in the rugged, untouched Italian Alpes overlooking the Monte Rosa Massif designed to strengthen and elevate your (personal) leadership.

Otro Elements Expeditions was born from a dream: creating a Wilderness School. A place where impact-makers, innovators, leaders, and changemakers (all simply human) come together. • The program is fully aligned with ecological principles: you’ll be immersed in pure nature and can travel easily by train to minimize your ecological footprint.

 

THE ROUTE

Our journey begins in a small mountain village called Rassa,, a place where time seems to have stood still, far removed from civilization. From there we head for our basecamp Alpe Selvaccia. We leave behind the last traces of luxury and delve deeper into the adventure, traveling to remote, silent, and elevated corners of the Alps, guided by our skilled and resilient Italian mountain guides.

 

THE PROGRAM

You will go through an intense process with the group to nurture and strengthen your leadership qualities. Through an experiential program in pristine nature you will learn:

 

⁃ To deepen your understanding of your motivations, behaviors, and values while honing your unique strengths;

⁃ To harness the transformative power of nature to inspire growth and self-discovery;

⁃ To build resilience and manage your energy better;

⁃ To cultivate authentic connections and impactful compassionate leadership through transparent communication and active listening;

Quirine Pleyte, founder of Peak4 and Better Place to Work, is an expert in cultural transformation and well-being. Since 2007, she has guided teams and leaders through change, focusing on psychological safety. Quirine designs tailored programs that drive meaningful action, fostering honest conversations and impactful change for sustainable progress.

 

Gijs Groeneveld, founder of Peak4, is an expert in resilience and mental well-being. With experience from expeditions like the Ocean Fours, he translates adventure into leadership development. Gijs combines entrepreneurial vision with extensive leadership experience (OpenUp, iPractice) empowering individuals and organizations to thrive.
